I'm back

Hey! I got back on Sunday from Audioriver Festival, I was supposed to write this post on Monday but I had to rest after such a tiring weekend, but it was worth it! Two days of awesome music on a beach by a river are just something I was waiting for a whole year and I started counting days to next year edition.

Here are some photos of the festival area, forgive me the quality but my phone doesn't make the best photos.

and here's one with me:

During the first day of concerts there was a rainbow:

If you like electronic music you should go to this festival next year. This year I danced and screamed to Paul Kalkbrenner, Gus Gus, Mr. Oizo <3 and many more! During the day I chilled on the beach and in a small, cool lake. It is the best festival ever! But that wasn't all for this weekend because when I got back home, there was a package waiting for me.

Can you guess what's in it?

Yes... it's new dice from Chessex!!!!

They are awesome! Each one is different and unique & I can't wait to turn them into jewelry so stay tuned!

Have a great day!

Steampunk Dice Fashion #1

Steampunk dice form Q-workshop are my favorite dice I had ever seen and worked with. The details are amazing and they represent the style so well. They come in variety of colors but because I like simplicity I've been using mostly the beige-black ones. If you order a set, you get it all in a nice box.

I started my steampunk creations with dice cufflinks. They are a great accessory to costumes for conventions and such or even for weddings.
For these I used D12 & D20 only (but I would do others for custom orders). With D12 I used gold cufflinks and for D20 bronze ones.

Because I like these dice so much I ordered a whole set (two to be exact) and made earrings out of them. I used metal elements in bronze color because I think they fit better the style than the regular silver ones. I like things simple so I decided not to add anything to the dice but I am thinking about adding some toothed bars in the future, but not soon I suppose.

You can get all of my dice jewelry and accessories in my Etsy Shop.

Something a bit off the topic but still related a bit... I ordered amazing dice recently, not from Q-workshop this time but from Chessex and I cannot wait to get them. I hope they will be as fantastic as on the pictures and that they would make wonderful earrings.

That's all for today.
Have a great day!

Etsy Finds #2

This post is entirely devoted to summer as I am already thinking about my summer break trip. Thus, all my finds for this post are bright, colorful and cheerful (Yay summer!)

Let's start with lollipops. Who doesn't like lollipops? They remind me of childhood, and summer is a bit like returning to childhood when you're biggest problem is that you want a lollipop ;) and when you can do anything because there are no barriers for your imagination. I wonder if these lollipops are as tasty as they look.

My next finds from Vice & Velvet may not be edible but they are surely tempting. These Jewel Soap Favours do not only look amazing but they are also personalized. You can have your name or a date on them. Isn't this amazing?

And they come in lovely boxes!

I couldn't have summer theme without rainbow ombre tights. I love pastels, I love rainbow and I love this motif of ombre which is really popular now. What could have more summer feeling than these:

Summer is also full of insects and such, we hate most of them but some are really beautiful and so is this dragonfly necklace. It stole my heart the first second I saw it. Isn't it amazing?

Ok, the next thing I want to show you is rather bold and I don't know if I would wear it (maybe just at home) but it's so lovely that it would be nice to have it :) Would you wear this rose crown by Ella Gajewska?

I am truly enchanted by this Chinese embroidery bag. I know that not everyone may like this color combination but you can find more in the shop. I think the details and the work are simply amazing.

Recently I've been into hippie style and these barefoot sandals are stunning! All those colors and feathers, just amazing!

And with this cheerful mood we've come to the end of this post.
Have a great week!

What a geek wedding!

Some of you might know that I make dice jewelry and accessories. Recently I've been trying to extend the range of products with dice. I've been making dice cufflinks for some time now and I've decided to make more wedding accessories. So besides dice cufflinks and dice jewelry such as earrings, necklaces and bracelets I've made garters with dice! I must admit that this was not my idea. I got it from one lovely lady who is getting married next year. She wrote to ma about wedding dice jewelry and accessories that I make, specifically with blue elven dice from Q-workshop. She also asked me if I can make a garter with a dice. Of course I thought this was a brilliant idea and I've made the garter as well as new set of jewelry, which I thought would better suit a wedding dress. The jewelry hasn't been posted anywhere else yet, all other accessories and more you can find in my Etsy shop. What do you think about this set? Would any of you wear dice jewelry for a wedding?
